Outdoor Bar Stool Saga – Black Frame – Teak

Saga is an outdoor bar stool with a slatted A-grade teak seat on a fully welded stainless steel frame, powder-coated black, in counter height (66 cm) and bar height (76 cm). Handmade in Sweden for terraces, pool decks and outdoor bars.

The seat is plantation teak, A grade, cut into slats and spaced so rain drains straight through. The wood dries from both sides and nothing pools on the surface, which is what keeps a seat sound outdoors over years rather than seasons. Left untreated the teak weathers to an even silver-grey. A coat of teak oil once a year holds the original warm tone instead. The backrest sits low on purpose. It is there for the hand, so the stool pulls out in one movement and pushes back flush with the counter.

Designed by Alexandra Pettersson and welded in our own factory in Malmö. Saga is delivered fully assembled and stands 78,5 cm high in counter height and 88,5 cm in bar height. The 66 cm seat suits counters of 89 to 92 cm, the 76 cm seat suits bars of 99 to 102 cm. It carries 200 kg. A seat cushion is available separately and lifts off for drying or storage. Covered by our 10-year warranty and built to be repaired rather than replaced, with spare parts available long after purchase.
